Registration

To register for an event, select the event you would like to attend, from the options listed to the right, and simply complete the form provided.

Payment Processing:

Your registration will not be complete until registration fees are paid (if applicable).

• Pay by Credit Card:
  Online payments are managed through PayPal's secure payment processing site. After you have completed this online form, you will be taken to their website to complete your transaction.
• Pay by Check:
  Please print out the appropriate PDF registration form, and mail with payment to: WAFP, 1239 120th Avenue NE, Suite G, Bellevue, WA 98005
